Mental Health Services at Pinnacle Psychology

Individual Therapy

Offering In-Person and Telehealth

Assessment

As with any healthcare treatment, the underlying problem must be identified first. The initial appointment will last 90-minutes and will comprise of a diagnostic interview, where we will explore the mental health challenges you are wanting to address.

Individual Sessions

Individual therapy appointments at Pinnacle Psychology typically are 50-minute sessions, scheduled as frequently as you and your mental health professional agree upon. A tailored treatment plan will be created shortly after your first few sessions, and you and your mental health provider will discuss the treatment interventions that are right for you.

Short-Term Brief Therapy

Sometimes the issues affecting mental health occur because of a specific life event, and long-term therapy is not necessarily right course of action. Pinnacle Psychology offers brief, solution focused treatment to help identify the problem, and learn the coping skills needed to cope with a stressful experience. During your first session, you and your mental health provider will determine if brief therapy is appropriate for your mental health goals.

TeleTherapy

TeleTherapy has expanded access to mental health services over the past several years. Psychologists who gain additional licensure can now provide TeleTherapy services to many outside their state of licensure. Dr. Bigler is a licensed provider with the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PsyPact), which allows patients to meet with him from their home state. Please click here to determine if you reside in a state participating in the PsyPact agreement.
