Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give as much notice as possible to allow others to use that appointment time. You will be personally charged for the full cost of your appointment if not canceled at least 24 hours in advance other than for emergency reasons. It is ultimately your responsibility to communicate with your therapist.
No-shows will also be charged for the full office visit. If you have selected to enroll in auto-pay, your card will be charged the day of your appointment. If you are not enrolled in auto-pay, at your next session you will be responsible to pay for the session you missed and the current appointment.
Payment
Payment is required within 24-hours after each session. If enrolled in auto-pay, your card will be charged the day of your appointment. If you are not enrolled in auto-pay, please go to your client portal and submit payment for your session within 24-hours following a session. A credit card will be required to remain on file to cover the fees associated with cancellations and no-shows.
